Description:
My client is a market leading Corporate Travel company and require a Field Sales Executive to join the team. You will be required to sell their products to SME businesses across all industries.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
To sign new business contracts that conform to the business profile to the value of £3m gross sales per quarter
To sign profitable business in line with pricing schedules and to ensure the business trades to at least 65% of the signed contract amount
To work with Implementation and Account management to ensure signed business becomes trading business this will require ongoing contact with the client
To proactively supply leads to Inside Sales and book some meetings
Success Criteria:
Can start, maintain and secure a client relationship culminating in a win and adapt communication style and presentation technique depending on client
Be sensitive to non verbal messaging and adapt accordingly accordingly
Able to search client opportunities through a variety of media sources and close a sale
Is driven by a strong desire to earn more money from winning
Assist in implementation of new client wins
Profile:
Proven experience of a solution based sale
Experience of working in a pressurised environment
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
Strong negotiation and listening skills with the ability to interpret the customers needs
Willingness to cold call on the telephone
Able to work autonomously and be tenacious and persistent
Have proven knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases
A good knowledge of the corporate travel industry (desired but not essential)
Have a flexible can-do approach
